After 20+ years of building strong relationships in its hometown, The Trust Company wanted to expand to new markets. The financial services and wealth management firm had previously relied primarily on word-of-mouth and community sponsorships to attract new clients and retain current ones. They turned to us to help them assess and refresh their marketing materials and branding.
Discovery to Deliverables
Through a series of client interviews and focus groups, we found the company would benefit from a complete rebrand more in line with their company culture of collaboration and approachability. We created a new global look and feel, including:
- Responsive website design, development, and content
- Brochure design, photography, content, and layout
- Business cards
We also created the Exchange magazine as a way to share The Trust Company with new prospects. The consumer-focused publication features relatable topics of interest to young professionals just getting started, as well as to Baby Boomers nearing retirement.
