Kansas Radon Program
K-State Engineering Extension provides outreach and education for Kansans in the areas of radon, energy and pollution prevention. The Kansas Radon Program is one of several entities that falls under the K-State Engineering Extension radon resources umbrella.
NBCG worked with K-State Engineering Extension to create animated videos, radio commercials and social media graphics for the Kansas Radon Program to help promote the importance of radon testing, education and prevention.
Social Media Messaging and Graphics
Our team created English and Spanish graphics in different sizes for the Kansas Radon Program to promote across its social media channels. We also provided different messaging options to be shared with the graphics.
Radio Spots
To help the Kansas Radon Program reach radio listeners, we developed 30-second commercials for three different audiences. This included writing scripts, selecting music and obtaining voice talent.
Videos
In collaboration with K-State Engineering Extension, we developed scripts and storyboards, created graphics, then produced animated videos. Voice talent and music were also selected to match the tone and nature of the Kansas Radon Program.
We created three video options to satisfy requirements of different broadcast outlets: one generic version, one geared towards Kansans and one for the national audience. Each video included a version with Spanish captions.
