NBCG designed and developed a brand and website, created a Facebook strategy and digital marketing campaign, and wrote and distributed a press release for this medical practice. The project’s goal was to promote Blue River Family Medicine’s primary care capacities and attract new patients.
We interviewed the team at Blue River to find out their design preferences, website likes and dislikes, goals for how the site should look and function, and establish website needs. From there, we incorporated the new logo and branding to develop an attractive, user-friendly website. As with all of our website projects, we made sure the site was mobile-responsive and easy for the Blue River team to update, add images to, incorporate videos within and more.
We developed a strategic Facebook presence to highlight physicians, Blue River’s future location and healthy living tips for the community — all with a consistent look and feel incorporating the new branding. We wrote a brief Facebook strategy identifying target marketing groups and general best practices for Blue River’s team to reference.
The Facebook campaign reached over 70,000 people and made over 250,000 impressions.
New Boston also created social media graphic templates, which the Blue River team could use to post in an efficient way and stay consistent with their branding. To help get the team started, we developed a one-month editorial calendar with two social posts per week.
Our team managed organic social media posts and ads for the first month. After the conclusion of the campaign, NBCG continued to manage Google Ads for Blue River Family Medicine on an ongoing basis to attract new customers and maintain a consistent presence in search engine results.
With details provided by the Blue River team, we wrote a press release announcing their new building opening and distributed the article to local media outlets (newspaper and radio).
