With an undying enthusiasm for aliens, werewolves and robots, it shouldn’t be too surprising content marketer Ben Trickey loves to write and draw sci-fi and fantasy stories. When he’s not reliving painful childhood flashbacks of his pet tortoise running away (“I’m sure Franklin is still out there somewhere”), Mr. Trickey spends his time exploring Manhattan and beyond with his partner, Adri, and their one-eyed dog, Rudy.

A Kansas State University Marching Band alum and improviser at heart, he has been described by family and friends as “creative, kind, funny and tall.” Mr. Trickey claims that if he could be any animal, he would be a bear (“But not a vicious one. One of those circus bears who can juggle!”).

While he has a strong distaste for licking envelopes (“Why would I lick them when I could use a fun sticker instead?”), Mr. Trickey has a deep appreciation for the diligence required to write, edit, revise and repeat until he can get a piece just right. Despite his remorseless enjoyment of the onscreen drama in shows like Below Deck and Vanderpump Rules, clients and colleagues alike laud him for his friendly and easygoing personality and his ability to capture the perfect tone for any given target audience.
