Susan Religa's early marketing career was a peculiar, if not entirely lucrative, enterprise: selling rocks to other kids on the school bus. Today, as a principal and co-owner, she is known for her organizational prowess, snappy spreadsheets and consistent yoga practice. Her passions include dark chocolate, thunderstorms and photography, although she remains decidedly unenthusiastic about cauliflower.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys taking her camper to the lake, paddleboarding and boating. On a recent trip, she saw her first funnel cloud! Finding joy in country dancing, managing the family farm and playing the piano, Susan is also a bourbon club member, which helps expand her palate and incite new adventures.

Susan’s love for ’80s hair bands and movie classics remains strong, and she often indulges in hiking and cooking (but not yet simultaneously). With a solid knack for parallel parking and a rebellious streak from her childhood that’s never quite faded away, Susan’s zest for life continues to drive her forward.
