After hearing Kristin Brighton present at a conference, I realized she had the direct expertise and passion we sought to strengthen our organization. The Chamber of Commerce industry, like many others, struggles to engage with the younger generations, specifically Millennials. While leading our local Chamber, I recognized the need to enhance our branding and marketing aspects so that we could remain relevant to these emerging decision makers.
