New Boston Creative Group LLC is looking for a part-time digital marketing intern to join our team. The right candidate has excellent time management skills, experience managing organic social media efforts, impeccable writing chops and the ability to work well with others. 

The start date of this position is flexible, but it is designed to begin in spring 2027.

Our three main criteria, in order:

  • Pursuing a degree in advertising, business, digital marketing or related field.
  • Experience scheduling organic social media posts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and other platforms. 
  • Critical-thinking skills, a track record of working well both autonomously and in groups, and a commitment to growth. 

In addition, we’re looking for:

  • Capacity to learn and retain new skills
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in social media 
  • Knowledge of copywriting for social media
  • Demonstrated ability to carry out projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients or colleagues
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut and TikTok editing
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, tact, responsibility and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments at one time
  • Ability to manage challenging situations, both internally and with clients
  • Ability to cooperate with colleagues in achieving goals and meeting deadlines

Either from day one or after training, we’ll expect you to:

  • Schedule organic social media posts across platforms
  • Collaborate with colleagues to write social media posts and create editorial calendars
  • Compile digital reports for a variety of clients
  • Keep abreast of changes with social media and analytics platforms
  • Become proficient in our preferred editorial calendar tool to track statuses across projects
  • Become proficient in our preferred CMS to help with data entry
  • Brainstorm compelling short-form video ideas with a team and help with execution as necessary
