United Wireless, a cellular phone company serving Southwest Kansas, hired us to refresh its brand and help them start a three-year initiative to increase subscribers. One objective of the campaign was to extend the company’s market share in targeted communities.

Local Authenticity

After consulting with United Wireless and helping them simplify and restructure their service plans, we created the “All-New UW” campaign to reintroduce the brand and inspire their target audience to take another look at the local wireless company.

The campaign consisted of original photography and video, paid digital and video ads on Facebook and Instagram, social media posts, TV ads, radio spots, and in-store materials. Through Facebook targeting, we were able to boost ads and videos to specific regions where the people featured in the materials live.

Other deliverables included:

  • Logo refresh
  • New marketing messages
  • Responsive website design and development (English and Spanish versions)
  • Retail location redesign

The campaign officially launched Nov. 1, 2015, with a 30-day social media countdown to the “All-New UW.” By the end of the first month, website traffic saw an increase of nearly 39% and 33% more unique visitors year-over-year.
