What We Did

Did you know that on average, people wait seven years to see an audiologist after they’ve experienced their first hearing loss symptoms? Neither did we, before we started working with Hearing Doctors of Kansas!

Helping potential clients realize that Hearing Doctors are a very approachable bunch was crucial, so we made sure that their brand was up-to-date and engaging. We started with a new logo that incorporated elements of sound and of Kansas, then we used “real people” (our friends and family, so keep your distance!) as a major component of the campaign. Then it was on to print ads, a new brochure, collateral materials, a new website, and finally radio and television commercials. Everything features a strong message, lots of white space and subtle colors.

The “real people” in the campaign (Hi, Lisa’s Mom and Dad!) have had fun fielding the questions about their hearing aids — even though most of our models don’t wear them. But if they have trouble hearing us when we call them to be in our next campaign…we know where they’ll turn!

Results

The campaign began in late 2009, and the client has had record-breaking monthly sales.
